Review : It’s a 3 finger knife

I received this knife today and quickly realized that it is not going to work as I had hoped. I should have realized this from looking at the photo, but my expectation of the knifes size was definitely off. I will upload some pics to show you what I mean.

The knife itself is descent quality. The spine is of a good thinkness, though some texture would be nice. There is still a good surface there for a thumb or forefinger to apply pressure though. I believe that reverse grip is out, unless I decide to sacriface a pinky.

I don’t really care for kydex sheaths, but this one seems to hold the knife pretty well and fits perfectly worn about my neck. I think this thing is starting to grow on me.

Review : Best neck knife I’ve seen

I looked around for the thinnest, lowest profile neck knife. This one is great, and very sharp. The only draw back is it is very hard to deploy from the holster. Very good construction.

Review : Decent but nothing outstanding

This knife may make a decent gouging tool or be adequate box opener, but if you are looking for more than that you will have to work for it. As one other reviewer suggested I added para-cord to replace the chain. I also really had to sharpen the edges to make it useful. Overall not bad for the price but I will stick with my mora.

Review : Great price! and sharp

Mine was really sharp out of the box. When I bought mine the title said the knife was 4.5" closed but the details listed on the page said it was 4". It is indeed 4.5" long when closed. This knife opens fast and has very little blade play, feels good in my hand. It is a liner lock, would I trust my life with it… no, but so far I love this knife and would buy another Tac Force Knife.

A small thing that bugs me is the end of the pocket clip is shaped in a point.

Review : It is as expected…

If anyone orders this expecting a ‘metal’ knife, they can’t read. This is a zytel “covert” knife, undetectable by magnetometers, used to create a puncture wound. Furthermore, throwing a knife is a circus act, I would never throw a loaded weapon (read KNIFE) at an opponent.

As a neck knife with the sheath, it is adequate. Make it a bit shorter in order to be able to deploy faster. If you attempt to take this on an airplane, you will be in violation of several federal laws and regulations and will go to jail, so be advised! Overall and for the price, a decent buy in self protection.

Review : Great knife, and sharp

This has to be one of my favorite knives. In fact, it is may favorite, barely beating the Seal Pup. But I digress. This is a hell of a knife. It came sharp out of the box, it cut paper like a hot knife through butter. The sheath is well made. The grippy handle makes for easy use. It also has a clip for your belt. I have to say, for such a low price, I was expecting some cheap knife, and I am happy to say I was wrong.

Review : For The Price, These Are Decent

I purchased these a week ago, and they came in the about 4 business days. They aren’t very rigid, but they serve their purpose. They do stick well into plywood and trees, and I assume that they would pierce softer materials with ease. However, I threw one knife into a target and struck it with another knife (a blade to handle contact) and the metal bent like plastic. It’s to be expected though, and seeing as these aren’t “expensive”, I don’t mind a few notches taken out of the knife blade. The blades did come a little sharp, and for throwing purposes, a sharp blade isn’t needed. It’s noticeably heavier than my other 6 inch blades, and it flies fairly well.
